To ensure fairness to all clients and allow appropriate scheduling, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged the full appointment fee.

• No-shows will also be charged the full appointment fee.
