     • How it works: With your explicit consent, we may record the audio of our consultation. This audio is transcribed and processed by Heidi Health to generate clinical notes.

     • Data Security: Heidi Health is compliant with GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 standards. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

     • Data Retention: Once the clinical notes have been generated and saved to our secure practice management system, the original audio recording is permanently deleted. It is not used to train public AI models.

     • Your Choice: You have the right to decline this recording. If you do not consent, we will take notes manually.

   • We use trusted third-party service providers (such as practice management software, payment processors, and AI documentation tools) to support our clinical operations. Our website or services may also contain links to third-party websites. Please note that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.
