Case History, Examination & Treatment
Service Description
As a healthcare professional, extra time is needed to understand your individual case history, circumstances and unique physiology. This aim is to provide you with a personalised plan and to get you as healthy as you can be. The session will commence with a thorough consultation of your current and past medical history, followed by a physical examination, to implement an appropriate treatment plan or call to action (e.g. referral to another healthcare professional).
Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness to all clients and allow for appropriate scheduling, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all sports massage appointments. * Cancellations received with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full appointment fee. * No-shows will also be charged the full appointment fee. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please phone Better Body Therapy at 07983464106 or email info@betterbodytherapy.com as soon as possible. Exceptions: * In case of an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss the situation. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. This policy is in place to ensure the smooth operation of my practice and to respect the time of other clients.
